Carlson Appoints Closner as Dealer
Closner Equipment Company Inc. has been selected as the exclusive dealer for Carlson Paving Products for 172 Counties in Texas. Carlson, along with sister company Roadtec, are brands within Astec Industries. Carlson is the largest producer of Asphalt Screeds in North America and manufactures a full line of commercial pavers at their Tacoma, Washington factory.
Rosco Expands Closner Territory Into North Texas
Closner Equipment Company Inc. has been awarded additional territory in North Texas for the distribution of Rosco branded road maintenance machinery. Closner has represented Rosco (a brand within VT LeeBoy) since 1998 in Central and South Texas. With this announcement, Closner will be responsible for 130 Counties, stretching from Oklahoma to the Mexico border. The Rosco product line includes Asphalt Distributors, Chip-Spreaders, Rotary Brooms and related machinery.
Roadtec Expands Closner Territory
Closner Equipment has been assigned 66 additional counties within Texas. Closner has been an Authorized Roadtec dealer since 2010 and their prior territory included 127 Counties within Texas, primarily along the “IH35 Corridor” and throughout West Texas.
Putzmeister America Expands Closner Territory
Putzmeister America has expanded the territory for Closner Equipment Company to encompass the entire state of Texas. Closner previously represented Putzmeister in Central, South and West Texas.
Closner is responsible for sale and support of Putzmiester’s Trailer-Mounted Concrete Pumps, Truck-Mounted Line Pumps, Mortar, Grout, Shotcrete, Plaster, Fireproofing, Shotcrete and Industrial Pumps.
Caterpillar Paving Products Extended Service Agreement
Caterpillar Paving Products Inc. and Closner Equipment Co., Inc. have signed an Extended Service Agreement for the support of Barber-Greene (BG) asphalt pavers in Texas.
New Branch Opens in Ft. Worth, TX
Closner Equipment Co. Inc. has opened a full service branch office in Ft. Worth, Texas. The branch is the third location for Closner, which has a main office in San Antonio and a branch in Austin.
