Construction has started on Closner Equipment’s newest full-service facility. The 7-acre industrial-park site in Northwest Houston offers excellent access to US290 and the SH99 Outer Loop. The 22,000 square foot project will support sales, rentals, parts, field service and major shop rebuilds for customers along the Gulf Coast and into East Texas & Louisiana. According to JB Closner, Chief Operating Officer, “This facility will be a big step in achieving our goal to become a statewide dealer. Our largest customers operate state-wide, and we intend to be right there with them”.
In addition to supporting Closner’s traditional product lines, the shop bays will be equipped with multiple bridge cranes and high hook-heights to facilitate major repairs to concrete boom trucks. “Houston has the largest population of concrete boom trucks and we have been active in that market segment since 2006. We are looking forward to now providing that expertise along the Coast.”
This new store will be located at 18851 GH Circle, Waller, TX 77484 and is expected to be operational in December 2022. Employee hiring activities will begin in late Summer, 2022.
