Closner Equipment Company has completed construction of their full-service facility in Rhome. Closner broke ground in early 2017 at 6532 East SH 114 in Rhome. Sitting on 9 acres of land just west of IH35, the 21,000-square foot facility provides sales, rentals, long term leases, parts, major re-builds, and field service for Closner’s focused line of asphalt, concrete, reclamation and stabilization machinery.
Closner entered the DFW market in 2012 at a facility in Haslet. According to JB Closner, VP North Texas, “Our success in North Texas quickly exceeded our expectations. To continue that momentum, we purchased land in 2015 and then designed a facility to serve the needs of our North Texas customers”.
The primary brands serviced out of the new facility are: Roadtec (an Astec Industries Company), Putzmeister, Dynapac, Rosco, Carlson, and Mauldin.
