Big and Bold: Dynapac CC7000 VI Debuts as the World's Heaviest Asphalt Roller
The 15-tonne Dynapac CC7000 VI pairs the largest drum diameter in Dynapac's asphalt range with high static linear load and more efficient vibration start-up.

Built for demanding, large-scale compaction
Making its official debut at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, the all-new CC7000 VI arrives with a big statement: it is the heaviest asphalt roller on the market, weighing an impressive 15 tonnes. With an operating weight exceeding 14,650 kg, the roller is designed for tough, high-production compaction work.
Its 1,400 mm drum diameter—the largest in Dynapac's asphalt range—helps reduce rolling resistance and shoveling of the asphalt. A static linear load of 33.8–38.2 kg/cm supports the compaction performance required on demanding paving projects.
Efficiency engineered into the drum
The redesigned drum uses cartridge-style eccentric housings with lower oil requirements. Dynapac's patented Efficiency Eccentrics also reduce the energy needed during vibration start-up by 50 percent, helping reduce stress and wear on the system over time.
Together, those changes give high-production paving teams a heavyweight roller built not only for compaction force, but also for more efficient operation and long-term serviceability.
