CON-E-CO LO-PRO Concrete Batch Plants Overview

The CON-E-CO LO-PRO Series is one of the benchmark low-profile concrete batch plant families for ready-mix producers. Astec emphasizes its unitized construction and built-in expansion capability: dust control systems, cement silos, and aggregate storage modules can be added with simple bolt-on erection.

The LO-PRO design is built around fast setup, precise batching, compact site fit, and lower installation overhead. Depending on configuration, LO-PRO plants can serve permanent ready-mix yards, portable production sites, and producers that need a plant capable of scaling from today's demand into tomorrow's volume.

For a Texas producer that expects demand to grow, the LO-PRO helps avoid buying a plant that caps the business too early. Its compact base is also useful where environmental controls, enclosure costs, or tight site geometry matter.
