The Starfire S-4XL is Stewart-Amos' extra heavy-duty dual-engine mechanical broom sweeper for contractors and municipalities that need continuous-duty sweeping without moving into a CDL chassis.
It is built around a 4.5 cubic yard hopper, 26,000 lb GVWR conventional chassis, 330 gallon water system, variable high-dump hopper, and the Starfire mechanical broom package for chip seal, millings, spring cleanup, and open-road sweeping.

Massive lift scissors
Double X-style lift scissors and four-corner hopper lift support stable dumping with wet, sticky, or unbalanced debris.
Exclusive 3-shaft elevator
The third shaft supports chain return, improves chain life, reduces maintenance time, and helps the elevator load bulky debris more effectively.
Water and dust control
A 330 gallon tank, 3.6 gpm diaphragm pump, and spray nozzles at the front bar, main broom, and gutter brooms help control dust while sweeping.
Simple service access
Protected wiring, case drains, hydraulic pressure gauges, and lockable canopies keep the machine easier to diagnose, maintain, and keep in service.
Operator visibility
The standard camera system includes a dashboard-mounted 7 inch color monitor with right gutter broom and rear backup cameras.
Non-CDL productivity
A mid-sized conventional chassis keeps the S-4XL maneuverable while preserving heavy-duty hopper and broom performance.
